What happens during the check

Our Gas Safe registered engineer checks each gas appliance in your home and explains anything that needs attention.

  • Appliances and flues: We check your boiler, cooker, gas fire and other gas appliances, and make sure the flues are clear and working properly.

  • Leaks and carbon monoxide: We test your pipework for gas leaks and look for carbon monoxide risks, such as poor ventilation or a blocked flue.

  • Once a year: We recommend a check every year, and many homeowners have it done with their boiler service. Letting a property? You’ll need one of our landlord CP12 certificates.

What a fantastic company! From my first conversation with Sian to installation of my new Vaillant boiler they have been absolutely brilliant.
