What a fantastic company! From my first conversation with Sian to installation of my new Vaillant boiler they have been absolutely brilliant. Sian responded instantly via What's App when ever I had a question regarding pricing and installation. Sam the installer and his colleague with very friendly, professional, tidy and talked me through the full installation once completed. I have already given contact details to some of my work colleague's this morning. I will use them to service my boiler going forward in the future and for any other plumbing needs. I’ve been dealing with ongoing pump issues for as long as I can remember, and after multiple visits from different plumbers, nothing ever fully got resolved. Harry from Jennings was the first to actually diagnose the problem and sort it in one visit. Professional, efficient, and clearly knows his craft inside out.
